2.1. General Use: Our Service is designed to be a productivity tool to help you get more work done quicker. Participation in the Carpe Diem Quest PM Tool and accessing related content is based on an honor system. Do no evil. Please use it responsibly and within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations.

2.2. User Conduct: We kindly ask you to treat developers, admins, and users with respect and refrain from engaging in any activity that could disrupt or harm our Service or the experience of other users. It's important not to impersonate or misrepresent yourself while using our Service.

2.3. Your Prompts and Generative AI:  We use a generative AI Partner, OpenAI, to make our app’s natural language processing easier to use. We combine it with our proprietary first party data and user story libraries to give you the best possible experience with generative AI. Open AI retains API data for 30 days to monitor for abuse and misuse. A limited number of authorized OpenAI employees and third-party contractors can access this data to investigate suspected abuse. OpenAI does not use data submitted to or generated by its API to train its models or improve its service in any way, shape, or form. The OpenAI API is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and follows security and privacy best practices of any other major software vendor.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to refrain from the following activities while using our Service:

3.1. Spamming: Please do not send unsolicited messages or communications to individuals who haven't given their consent.
